Shows the construction of a poorly documented railroad that connects to the Southern Pacific Railroad. Of particular note are a number of very high quality photographs of the construction of the concrete bridge just south of Auburn along Highway 49. This concrete arch bridge is known as "No Hands Bridge" or "Mountain Quarries Bridge."
